US$1400 per week for the three-bedroom Cottage (sleeps 6 to 8).

US$1200 per week for the one-bedroom Cabin (sleeps 2 to 5).

Or US$2600 per week for both together (the entire island).
Optional power boat: $350 per week for 6-passenger aluminum
outboard skiff for Cottage, $250 per week for 5-passenger aluminum
outboard skiff for Cabin.
BOATING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED (The nice thing about an exclusive
private island is that no one can get there except by boat!)
